STRATAGEM, as the Innovation Manager of the DEFEAT Project organized 4 small group online workshops for the Project Partners, during October 2021 with the thematic topic “Exploitation and IP Management Workshop”.
The workshops elaborated in providing the essential fundamental knowledge regarding the Innovation Management to the consortium Partners. Also, the workshop aimed to train the partners to prepare their exploitation strategies for the Project’s results as well as to identify the protection routes of their Intellectual Property Rights within the frame of the DEFEAT project.
During the workshop, the Project Partners had fruitful brainstorming conversations regarding the Exploitation Routes which can be followed for the results of the DEFEAT project and also, about their strategies for the management and protection of Intellectual Property which will be created during the project, and which is also an integral part of Innovation Management.
STRATAGEM, always oriented in getting the maximum impact of the project, will continue to support and work closely with all the DEFEAT Project Partners in order to succeed this goal.
