STRATAGEM attended the iclimabuilt project’s M42 Progress Meeting held in Turin, Italy, from 16 to 18 October. This three-day event brought together consortium partners from across Europe to assess progress, discuss challenges, and strategize the next steps in sustainable construction innovation as the project enters its final phase.
The first day featured a hybrid training session, both in-person and online, titled “Upscaling of Testing Results from Material to Component Level”. The following day offered an enlightening tour of Politecnico di Torino’s Living Lab, which included indoor and outdoor laboratories, allowing participants to gain practical experience in cutting-edge research settings.
STRATAGEM, responsible for work packages related to exploitation strategies, dissemination plans, and clustering activities, showcased progress updates and evaluations of the implemented strategies. Throughout the event, STRATAGEM contributed to discussions on maximizing the impact of iclimabuilt’s ecosystem and ensuring effective knowledge transfer within the construction sector. Emphasizing open innovation and collaboration, STRATAGEM highlighted initiatives to boost project visibility and engage potential stakeholders and clients.
The Turin meeting provided an invaluable platform for STRATAGEM to align with partners on upcoming deliverables and strategic goals, as well as to review the project’s influence on sustainable building materials. With insights from this gathering, STRATAGEM is set to drive impactful communication and exploitation actions, ensuring that the technologies of iclimabuilt reach the market and benefit the construction industry.
