From October 1 to 2, 2025, STRATAGEM participated in the 42-month EuReComp Progress Meeting, hosted by APM in Lagos, Portugal. The meeting brought together all project partners to review recent achievements, exchange technical insights, and coordinate the final stages of the project, which concludes in the first quarter of 2026.

Over the two days, partners presented progress across the work packages, focusing on the validation of recycling, repair, and repurposing technologies developed within EuReComp. The sessions also included updates on safety and performance benchmarking, training activities, and exploitation planning. A highlight of the event was a guided visit to APM’s demonstration facilities, where partners observed the manufacturing of the 5-wall mobile cabin demonstrator, a key showcase of recycled composite applications.

STRATAGEM presented the results of exploitable results prioritization and the ongoing work on business model development and standardization planning. These activities aim to ensure that the project’s outcomes achieve both technical validation and market readiness.

The meeting concluded with the consortium aligning on next steps for the final project period, emphasizing collaboration across technical, exploitation, and communication activities to maximize impact.

The EuReComp project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme under grant agreement No. 101058089.
