We are delighted to announce that STRATAGEM took part in the MASTERMINE Project M36 Review Meeting, held in Seville, Spain, on 10–11 February 2026.
During the meeting, STRATAGEM contributed actively by presenting progress achieved under Task 2.4.6 (Life Cycle Assessment) and Task 5.5 (Clustering and Networking with the EU mining R&I community and standardization). The discussions highlighted the advancements made and the collaborative efforts driving the project forward.
On the second day, participants visited the Tharsis Mining site and the Minera Los Frailes operations in the provinces of Huelva and Seville, two of the six pilot mines where MASTERMINE technologies are currently being demonstrated.
The meeting also marked the beginning of the final year of the MASTERMINE Project, which will focus on the on-site demonstration and validation of technologies across all six pilot mines.
