On 15–16 April, STRATAGEM participated in the first General Assembly of the SUNRISE project, hosted by the Agricultural University of Iceland in Iceland.
The meeting brought together project partners from across Europe to review progress, align on upcoming activities and strengthen collaboration within the project.
During the two-day meeting, partners took part in a series of interactive workshops focusing on key project topics, including the functioning of Agroecological Living Labs (AELLs), the role of Multi-Actor Teams (MATs) and the long-term sustainability of project outcomes.
The workshops provided a space for exchange of ideas, discussion of challenge, and identification of practical approaches to support implementation across different Living Labs.
STRATAGEM contributed to these interactive workshop sessions, introducing approaches to strengthen engagement within MATs and exploring how communication can support long-term impact beyond the project’s duration.
Through its participation, STRATAGEM supported the exchange of ideas on how to enhance collaboration, engagement and knowledge sharing among project partners and stakeholders.
Special thanks to Agricultural University of Iceland for the great hospitality in Iceland!
