The Kick off meeting of our new project MASTERMINE- European Mining in the Green and Digital Era, took place on the 25th and 26th of January 2023 in Seville (Spain).
MASTERMINE Project aspires to become the go-to ecosystem for mines that envision digitalization, environmental sustainability, productivity monitoring and public acceptance within their strategic goals.
The 22 partners of the project’s consortium from 8 European countries along with the Project officer of the EC, had fruitful presentations and conversations about the project’s Work Plans and First Steps during the first day of the meeting. During the second day of the meeting, the consortium visited the use cases Thasis and La Zarza mines.
In Mastermine Project, STRATAGEM is in charge of performing the Life Cycle Analysis on the use cases before and after the installation of Mastermine’s innovative technologies and for working towards the development of Clusters with the EU mining R&I community.
