A human-centred Internet of Things platform for the sustainable digital mine of the future is in progress to address the needs of the mining industry to move forward, towards a sustainable use of resources while keeping people and environment at the forefront of their priorities.
During the Project, we, STRATAGEM are assessing the Life Cycle Impact of the IioTp technologies and of the mining projects before and after the application of IioTp technologies during the 5 use cases operation. Additionally, STRATAGEM is in charge of the Academy, Workplace and Society outreach, especially creating liaisons between the EC Raw Materials Information System (RMIS) and the Project outcomes.
Despite the difficulties due to COVID-19, we are still progressing, implementing our tasks and holding our meetings online, so we will keep you posted!!
